Join other classic car fans at the Ford Galaxie Club of America
For more than a decade, Ford Galaxie cars ruled the full-size model line for Ford. Some Galaxie models were built for "muscle," offering big, powerful engines. Others were built as spacious, luxurious cars that any size family could enjoy. Galaxie owners and enthusiasts from around the world celebrate these great automobiles through the Ford Galaxie Club of America.
The cars that are recognized by the club include all Ford Galaxie models, which were produced from 1959 to 1974. The club also celebrates the Ford Fairlane, a car that influenced the design of many of the Galaxie cars. The Fairlane models that are welcomed are those that were produced from 1959 to 1961. Whether it's technical information about the Galaxie or Fairlane, resources, fun stories, member car photos, artwork related to these cars, car shows, etc., the Ford Galaxie Club of America strives to provide all these and more to its members.
More about the club
The Ford Galaxie Club of America was founded in 1983 by Bill and Pat Barber.
The club has grown to more than 6,000 members from around the world. Its members are enthusiasts, Galaxie or Fairlane owners, or just those who love all classic Fords. The club's primary goal is to unite Galaxie owners from around the world and to preserve the Galaxie name.
The club wants to continue its mission to provide a book and video lending library, maintain a club website containing valuable information for its members, maintain a parts location service and technical help service, and inform members of upcoming events that revolve around the Galaxie cars. The club also strives to provide a means of communication between Galaxie enthusiasts.
Club operations are performed by a director with the help of steering committee members when needed. Steering committee members are volunteers; lifetime members are automatically added to the committee.

Those who live in Canada or overseas may join with an electronic membership. They also receive a membership card, a window decal, and a show card, but not a hard copy of the magazine. These members can still read the magazine online by PDF file.
New members may join online or print an application and mail it to the club.
